ABOUT US
Paradigm Hostels Ltd was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle SPV to provide an innovative and robust platform for the mobilization of private capital for the development of modern, functional accommodation for students in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. We are specialized and focused on this special segment of the real estate market.
We partner with universities to build large scale student hostels on PPP basis after which we sell the completed developments to buyers who will enjoy the accruing rental income during the tenure of the BOT concession while we oversee the management of the facilities.
Starting with the University of Lagos, we plan to roll out this development service across the country.

Akugbe Michael Ozigbo
Akugbe Michael Ozigbo, former Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, CAT Construction Group Ltd.
He has over 25 years senior management and executive level experience in various sectors of the economy including real estate, electrical engineering contracting, heavy equipment leasing and maintenance, food processing and construction.
He joined CAT Construction Group Ltd in 2003 and was appointed. Chief Operating Officer in 2010 with responsibility for overseeing the company’s multi-billion-naira portfolio of projects across the country.
In 2023, he led the team that negotiated an N18.75b augmentation of the company’s on-going contract with a Federal Agency in Abuja.
Mr. Ozigbo studied Physics at the University of Lagos and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, England.

Arc (Engr) Okechukwu Mojekwu is the Managing Director of Canstrel Company Ltd, a design and build construction company. He is a former Managing Director of BECO Concrete Industries Ltd and Executive Director of BECO Petroleum Plc.
Mr. Mojekwu holds a B.Sc. (Double major) in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, USA.

Arc Akinola Olusola FNIA
Arc Akinola Olusola is Principal Partner of Akin Olusola & Associates, a firm that has successfully designed and supervised the construction of a wide range of projects in the educational, health care, industrial and luxury homes sectors. Notable among which is the Senate Building in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State.
Arc Olusola holds an M.Sc. in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

Wallis A. Ozigbo
Wallis A. Ozigbo is the Managing Director of Global Software and Technology Ltd. His company developed and markets, arguably, the best library automation software in the country which has been implemented in over 20 universities and Polytechnics.
Mr. Wallis Ozigbo is an Oracle Certified Professional OCP. He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, USA.

Joy Adejoju Oni
Mr. Adejoju Joy Oni FCPA, FIIS, is the Managing Director of Chesterfield Security Consult Ltd. He is a security expert and public administrator. He was formerly Head of security at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. He was also Head of Administration and Special Duties at CAT Construction Group Ltd
Mr. Oni is an alumnus of the University of Jos, University of Lagos, Imo State University and Ladoke Akintola University. He holds a B.Sc., Post Graduate Diploma (Distinction) and MBA

Dr. Philip I. Ashinze
Dr. Philip Ashinze is the CEO of One World Group. He served as Executive Director (Finance/Admin) at the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation for eight years, until July 2024. Prior to that, he was the Group CFO at the Royal Exchange PLC.
Dr Ashinze has PhD (Security and Strategic Studies), MBA (Marketing) and B.Sc (Accounting). He is a Fellow of ICAN, an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Dr. Ashinze is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria.

Engr. Linus Ugwuanyi
Engr. Ugwuanyi is a Civil/Structural Engineer with over 30 years of professional experience spanning Nigeria and Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the University of Port Harcourt.
His project experience covers commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, banking, power, oil & gas, and public-sector developments, including multi-storey buildings, malls, power plants, roadworks, water schemes, and erosion control projects.
He project-managed the construction of the 5,000-capacity event centre at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, completed in June 2025, while working with Messrs Formwork Ltd.
Internationally, he worked with Trow Associates Inc. and Northwest Paving Ltd. in Canada.
Engr. Ugwuanyi is COREN-registered, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, and CSA-certified.

Mr. Augustine Isioma Iwelu
Head, Business Development
Mr. Iwelu is a financial services and business development professional with 23 years of experience across banking, insurance, real estate, and business advisory services.
At Access Bank Plc, he led zonal and regional marketing and business development initiatives that directly impacted retail profitability, asset quality, and market positioning. He also played key roles in expanding Access Bank’s retail footprint across Ghana, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, and Zambia.
Mr. Iwelu has advised multiple real estate development and capital-raising initiatives in Nigeria.
